Program Schedule / Scheduling Options

Fall Programs (September through June)

The next Fall Program begins in early September and completes the 3^rd week of June.

Day Class - The Core Program meets every Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Evening Class - The Core Program meets Monday and Thursday evenings – Monday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Supplemental Classes are held one Saturday per month from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Students will receive a calendar of the Supplemental Class dates on the first day of school.

Workshops are held on week-ends, both Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Students attend a minimum of 6 Elective Workshops over the course of the year. You sign up for these as you have interest in the topics.

Student Clinics are held on Monday mornings and Wednesday afternoons. Students attend an average of two clinics per month during the 2^nd, 3^rd, and 4^th Quarters. Students may travel to some outreach clinic sites. Clinics are scheduled upon successful completion of the 1^st quarter of the program.

Winter Program (February through December)

The next Winter Program begins in mid-February and completes in mid-December.

The Core Program meets every Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. mid-February through mid-December.

Vacations and Holiday Observances

There will be no school on Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving Day. There will be a winter Holiday vacation the last week in December. For holidays when there is no school there may be substitute “make-up” days. Specific dates that we will not meet and any “make-up” class times will be detailed on the school calendar you receive the first day of school.
